By acting as managers for your property we offer the opportunity for landlords to have one less contributing factor to their workload. <p>In short we are the first point of call for all our clients' tenants. Whether that be a leak in the bathroom or a problem with payment, we will act on your behalf. </p> <p>In fact we will go a whole lot further on your behalf providing peace of mind for both you and your tenant(s): </p> <ol><li>Regular Inspections. Once a month we will visit your property to ensure that it is being treated as you wish. </li><br/> <li>Rental collection. No tenant will be authorized without initiating a regular bank standing order/transfer to Sortium for payment of rent. Once received we will deduct our service fee and forward the remittance to you.</li><br/> <li>Contract completion. We will provide contracts for all parties involved.</li><br/> <li>Full inventory of property and contents completed on your behalf.</li><br/> <li>Maintenance. We will be the point of contact for all maintenance issues for the property. We will inspect and subsequently inform you of works required. All costs will be covered by the property owner.
